Deposit & Puppy Pick Process
Deposit
Please contact us before making your deposit. We want to talk to you and ask you some important questions to insure that the puppy is going to a good home and to ensure that a puppy is still available for you.
You can send a $300 deposit for our puppy pick waiting list with Venmo (user name is Michelle-Hall-26) or by personal check. If paying by check, your name will not be transferred to our puppy pick waiting list until the check has cleared your bank. Securing a place on our waiting list is on a first-come, first-served basis – no exceptions. Puppy deposits are non-refundable. You may however choose to apply your deposit to a puppy from a future litter that better meets your criteria for gender and coloring.

Registration

Once you have made your puppy deposit, please send us an email with a short bio about yourself and/or your family. Please include your name, phone number, and address.

Bringing home a new puppy is exciting and rewarding but also requires work, training and lots of love and patience. Make sure you are ready and committed to putting in the time and effort required when bringing a puppy into your home and family. Again, puppy deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another litter within 12 months’ time.

Contract

Once we have received your deposit, registration email, and you have been approved to purchase a puppy, you will receive our purchase contract and “Do & Don’t List” by email. The remaining balance due for your puppy must be made at pick up and must be paid by Venmo or in cash.

All puppies go home with AKC limited registration unless otherwise agreed upon. You will also receive a signed copy of the puppy purchase contract for your records.

We can provide flight nanny services for an additional fee from SeaTac airport to your closest international airport. We are also happy to meet you at SeaTac Airport where you can take your new puppy home with you on your return flight, or we can meet you within a 100-mile radius of our home here in Ellensburg, Washington.

Puppy Pick Process
After your puppy application is approved and your puppy deposit is made, your name is added to our “Puppy Wait List” located on our Upcoming Litters Page. We post pictures of each individual pup when they are two weeks old and update the photos every 2-3 weeks. We require all puppy buyers to choose their pup by the time they are six weeks old. We update our website in real time as each pup is chosen from their litter and show which pups are still available. Each pup is offered on a first come first served basis. You can make your puppy choice in person, via FaceTime/Google Duo or from the pictures posted on our website. You must notify us of your pick by email, so we have a confirmed and accurate record of each puppy’s adopted home.
